Fukushima Daiichi Decommissioning International Forum
【Previous Forums】
The decommissioning of TEPCO's Fukushima Daiichi NPP is a difficult and unprecedented effort worldwide. In order to proceed smoothly, it is necessary to prevent harmful rumors, gather wisdom from around the world, and promote the development of human resources who will be responsible for the decommissioning for a long time. It is also important to further promote understanding of the results of research and development conducted by research institutes and companies involved in decommissioning and the progress of decommissioning both domestically and internationally, including the local people.
To this end, NDF is holding the Fukushima Daiichi International Forum on Decommissioning with the participation of relevant domestic and international organizations and experts, including international organizations related to nuclear power, as well as local residents and students.
